I paint, write, draw and collate sound. Endlessly curious (and thankfully prolific) my work evolves in different directions and there is always something new to see.  

At AST 2025 I’m showing new pen line drawings and paintings in grey where colour creeps in in surprising ways, also large scale charcoal drawings inspired by Dunwich and other ‘drowned towns’. 

Residencies include
The Aldeburgh Beach Lookout (2024), Cill Rialaig Ireland (2019), Aldeburgh Poetry Festival (2017) and Dept for Cardio Thoracic Surgery, Papworth (2008-10). Prizes include the de Laszlo Prize for Portraiture.
